What it means
We make sure to start each engagement with a trial period of up to two weeks. This means that you have the time to make sure your developer or team will be a good fit for you. If you’re completely satisfied with the results, we’ll invoice you for the time and approve the contract. If you’re not satisfied and there is room for improvement from our side, you won’t be billed. From there, we can either part ways, or we can provide you with another expert who may be a better fit and with whom we will begin a second, no-risk trial.
Detailed guide of our risk-free period
- 1Contract signedThe first day of the contract is also the first day of the Risk-free period. Our risk-free period lets clients work with the partner first before deciding if they’re 100% confident in moving forward.
- 2First 2 weeks risk-free periodIf for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with the new partner, you will not be liable for any payment, and we can either part ways or we will restart the entire cycle with you at absolutely no cost.
- 3Contract ApprovedAfter 2 weeks, it is necessary to decide whether the contract will be valid. If the Client is 100% satisfied after a trial working, we'll confirm the contract between Client, Nordics IO, and Vendor.
What happens if the Client is not satisfied with an expert?
While we rigorously screen all applicants to ensure talent and intelligence, we understand that not every person will be a perfect fit for every company. For this reason, we allow our clients to terminate a contract anytime in the first 2 weeks, and we can either part ways or we will restart the entire cycle with you at absolutely no cost.
