Any company, client, or vendor that would like to join the platform and create a user must sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (mNDA).

Nordics.io is a platform, where IT companies looking to procure certain services in the field of IT development (clients) are connected with providers of such IT services (vendors).
The most important conditions
- SUCCESS SERVICE FEE

A success service fee is due only when a contract is made through Nordics.io. Clients will be invoiced from 5% to 10% up to the monthly gross remuneration agreed with the partner vendor.
- RISK-FREE PERIOD

Clients will be entitled to a two weeks guarantee period after the development starts. If the client is not satisfied with the new partnership, the client is entitled to terminate the contract and is not obliged to pay for the first 14 days.
- EXCLUSIVITY

Partner vendor and client agree not to try to circumvent Nordics.io by attempting to start the contract by other means, after making a connection via Nordics.io.
The client and partner vendor are entitled to negotiate a new contract without participation Nordics.io after one year from the first day of the connection with no contract or one year from the last day of the signed contract. - CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Partners shall use any content posted by clients in accordance with the laws applicable to the right to the respect of privacy, the contract and the protection of personal data.
