When you find a vendor through Nordics.io, your request receives Vendor Protection Pro (not a legal protection guarantee). This includes a refund policy, safe payments, and customer support. Vendor Protection costs a fixed fee of €0,70, plus 5% of your request’s price.
If you need to return a request, Nordics.io will support you. You’ll also get a refund if your request is never satisfied or arrives damaged. Whatever your issue, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days. The requester covers return costs, unless the vendor provides free returns. Learn more.
